Team building on a bus in Lima: bring your team together outside the office
The best team bonding doesn't happen in a meeting room. Put your team on a panoramic bus, set a route through the city, and turn an afternoon into an experience that truly connects them.
01 · THE IDEA
Break the office routine
A team connects when it shares something different. We bring the double-decker bus and a route through Lima; you bring your people. The open top deck and moving through the city break the ice far faster than any activity stuck between four walls.
02 · ON BOARD
What you can add
The experience is built around your team:
Games & hosting
Hosts, challenges and games across the city to break the ice and score points between departments.
Music & toast
DJ or music on board, a drinks bar (with or without alcohol) and snacks to celebrate the team's win.
Stops with purpose
City spots for a team photo, a challenge or an activity off the bus.
03 · CHOOSE YOUR FORMAT
Sized to your team
You pick the length — 2, 3 or 4 hours — and the vehicle for your group, always within Lima:
- Panoramic double-decker bus: up to 49 people, ideal for whole departments.
- Minibuses and vans: nimbler, perfect for small teams.
- Pickup at your office or the point you agree on.
04 · WHY IT WORKS
Bonding, hassle-free
You focus on your team; we handle the logistics. Every service comes with a professional driver and a host on board, on a bus safety-certified by SGS and Bureau Veritas. No one drives, everyone takes part.
